Cancellation and Refund Policy

DROVR values its customers and has a generous cancellation policy. However, there are some exceptions to this policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if made immediately after placing the order.
- If the order has already been communicated to the vendors or merchants and they have initiated the shipping process, the cancellation request will not be entertained.
- DROVR does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, if the customer can prove that the product delivered is of poor quality, a refund or replacement can be made.
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please report them to our Customer Service team immediately.
- The merchant will be notified of the issue and will investigate it within the same day of receipt.
- If you feel that the product you received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, please bring it to the attention of our Customer Service team within the same day of receipt.
- The Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
- If you have a complaint regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturer, please refer the issue to them.
- Refunds approved by DROVR will take 3-5 days to be processed and sent to the end customer.
